Empowering Your Health Journey
I’m Barb Braun, founder of Vital Link Nutrition. My journey began at 29 when I was a busy mom of two, facing high blood pressure and weighing 288 pounds. Determined to take control of my health without relying on medication, I lost 124 pounds in one year and have maintained that for over 25 years. Now, as a certified nutrition coach, I’m passionate about helping others transform their lives through sustainable nutrition.
What I Offer
Together, we will take a step-by-step approach to gather key data that will help us understand, identify, and clarify your nutrition and wellness goals. I specialize in guiding busy, overwhelmed parents to make healthier food choices, even with limited time and energy. By combining my personal experience with professional knowledge, I offer practical nutrition coaching to help you achieve a healthier, happier life for yourself and your family.
